What are you going to do in your diving baptism?
From the 1st of January 2026 due to a change in the regulations the Discover Scuba Dive will be a 1:1 ratio. This means that in the water ONLY The PADI Discover Scuba Diver course can be taught by one instructor and the maximum ratio should be one instructor to one person. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving course consists of 3 parts:
The duration of the diving baptism in Tossa de Mar is approximately 3 hours. When the dive is over we will return to the dive center with a big smile. We have showers and changing rooms with lockers where you can change and shower.

The minimum age is 8 years. Although we recommend that children have a certain degree of maturity. There are depth limitations up to 10 years.
By law, we can dive up to 12 meters deep. But it will depend on your skills and sea conditions. Not by going deeper you will see more bugs
Tossa de Mar is special and with a unique biodiversity. We can see seahorses, octopuses, moray eels, rays and many schools of fish. We even got to see a turtle!
The beach kit: towel, swimsuit and flip-flops. The rest of the material we provide. At the end of the activity we have changing rooms with showers and hot water

Due to new diving regulations, the ratio is now one instructor to one student.
All the professionals who teach the scuba diving are accredited instructors with the corresponding licenses
For groups of more than 4 people or events for companies or clubs we have special offers. We continue working with low ratios but so that you can dive together and in a group we add more staff to your group and we work in closed groups. We also offer packs with the possibility of eating at our associated restaurants.
Here we will ask you the question, ask how many people will be in your group, how long you will be in the water, if the monitors are diving instructors... and up to you!
We have lockers with a key in the changing rooms
Two instructors must go with you into the water. It is important to book as the number of instructors will be very limited.

Bautizo FUN
El Bautismo de Buceo FUN es la forma más sencilla y popular de descubrir el buceo en Tossa de Mar. La actividad se realiza en la zona protegida de Mar Menuda, con entrada directa desde la playa, lo que permite una adaptación progresiva y muy cómoda al medio acuático. La experiencia comienza en el centro de buceo con una explicación previa, donde el instructor te enseñará el funcionamiento del equipo, las normas básicas de seguridad y cómo se desarrollará la inmersión. Una vez en el agua, se realizan algunos ejercicios iniciales para ganar confianza antes de iniciar el recorrido submarino. El bautismo se realiza siempre con ratio 1:1, un buceador por instructor cualificado, cumpliendo con la normativa actual. La inmersión tiene una duración aproximada de una hora, con una profundidad máxima de 12 metros. La actividad completa dura unas 3 horas e incluye todo el material, así como fotos y vídeo para que te lleves un recuerdo de tu primera experiencia bajo el agua.
Bautizo LOVE
El Bautismo de Buceo TOP es la nueva modalidad para quienes buscan una experiencia más exclusiva y completa. Este bautismo se realiza desde embarcación, accediendo a diferentes puntos de buceo según las condiciones del mar, siempre en zonas resguardadas y adecuadas para una primera inmersión. La actividad comienza en el centro de buceo con una explicación previa detallada. A continuación, nos desplazamos hasta la embarcación y navegamos hacia el punto de inmersión. El buceo se realiza con ratio 1:1 con instructor, descendiendo de forma progresiva hasta una profundidad máxima de 12 metros. Si venís juntos, intentamos coordinar para que estéis en el agua al mismo tiempo, cada uno con su propio instructor. Se realizan dos tandas de bautismo. Mientras no buceas, puedes relajarte en el barco, bañarte y disfrutar de fruta y refrescos. Incluye material, fotos y vídeo. Disponible de mediados de mayo a mediados de octubre, con encuentro siempre a las 16:00 h en el centro.
Bautizo TOP
El Bautismo de Buceo LOVE combina la experiencia del Bautismo TOP con una escapada perfecta en Tossa de Mar. La actividad de buceo se realiza desde embarcación, con explicación previa, ratio 1:1 con instructor, todo el material incluido y una inmersión controlada hasta 12 metros de profundidad. La gran diferencia es que esta opción incluye una noche de alojamiento en uno de nuestros hoteles, situados a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de buceo.
